Create
1. | Click on the far right. |
2. | Use the dropdowns in the Create New Project window. |
3. | Select Create. |
Delete
1. Click the button across the Project name.
2. Click Ok to confirm.
Note:
A Project cannot be deleted if it contains assets. Delete the assets first, and then delete the Project.
Assign
1. Click the icon.
2. Click Add Team Member.
3. Select from the Role dropdown.
4. Select from the User dropdown.
5. Click Save.
Edit
1. | Click the icon. |
2. | Modify / Change the information panel of your project. |
3. | Hit Save. |
Search
There are two ways to search for a specific Project:
• | Type the Project name then press Search |
• | Select from the dropdown filters then press Search. |
NOTE:
You can also filter your projects based on Divisions, Subdivisions, Date arrangement and Job types.
Sort
Arrange the table by clicking the header - Name, Division, Subdivision and Job type alphabetically and Date created, Date modified and Assets in ascending or descending order.
